Make sure to mark you calendars for what will be a massive showing over at Art Whino (www.artwhino.com) on August 2nd from 6pm to midnight. The show is in collaboration with TAGUR and each artist was given one blank TAGUR sneaker to customize. In addition, each artist was also asked to create one original canvas piece to go along with the shoe for the show. The amount of artists in attendance will be legendary and you can check out the list below on the flyer for the show. If you are in the area it is a show that you can not miss and if you are out of town it is surely a show you want to drive down to. July will mark the opening of a new show at White Walls featuring the artwork of Adam 5100 and Michael Genovese. Both these artists have their own unique way of creating pieces that are not only aesthetically pleasing at first glance, but when a closer look is taken, each layer reveals much more that what is on the surface.
