I organize an international exhibition focusing on Street Art and particularly Stickers, Posters, Stencils,exclusively Handmade.
This exhibition will be held from May 16 to May 26 2009, in Brussels Belgium.
For now, we're looking for artists who could submit their work to participate in the exhibition (submission deadline 11 May).

MINI MINIDEADLINE MARCH 5th, 2009
Spraygraphic.com is calling for MINI works of art that are exactly 4in by 4in (10.16cm x 10.16cm). Submissions can range from a mounted sheet of paper to a sculpture but it must be able to be hung flat on the wall. Submit paintings, drawings, photography, sculpture, graphic design, fibers, clay, etc. We expect to end up with a gallery full of diverse, compelling, and exquisite little pieces of art.
If you know someone who would enjoy showing their work in this show please tell them about it.
A $3.00 digital printing plus mounting service will be available to allow people from distant locations to easily participate.

Every year or so, almost every culture magazine on the planet releases a "sex issue"; an issue which portends to explore in various ways the roles of gender and sex in contemporary culture. Invariably they are just filled with various "insights" on the dating scene, list's like "10 Ways to Please your Partner Tonight", and advertising designed to increase your insecurities in order to sell beauty products of dubious value.
This Valentine's Day, February 14th, Projekt30 will host its 4th annual "Sex Issue" Exhibition featuring artworks which comment upon gender and sex in our society. We are accepting work ranging from the personal, to the political, to the near-pornographic.

From Dada to Punk, from anti-war movements to feminism and ecology, high art has been repeatedly incorporated into a visual language that ranges from the iconoclastic to overt protest. PROJEKT30: Jan 2009 Exhibition
JANUARY 2009 EXHIBITIONProjekt30 is taking submissions for our new January 2009 publicly juried exhibition.
We are an artist-run arts organization dedicated to promoting emerging artists. The exhibition will include thirty artists; invitations will be sent to over 30,000 galleries, collectors, and fellow artists. Visitors have the option of contacting any participating artist with feedback or opportunities. Since 2003 over 200,000 messages have been sent to participating artists.
All artwork submitted will be presented online prior to the exhibition so visitors may help select which artists will be included in the exhibition. Unlike other juried exhibitions, all participants receive exposure.
Opens: Jan 1, 2009.
Public Jury: Dec 15, 2008 - Dec 29, 2008

Almost all media is accepted with the exception of collage and sculpture. Markers, stickers, crayon, etc. are all good. Just make sure it is completely dry before shipping.
If you are new to VK take a look around the VK gallery on this site for an idea of the type of work that has been submitted in the past.
There is plenty of time to send stuff here from anywhere in the world. Just don't wait a couple weeks before mailing your entry out or you will hating it when the post office tells you how much it cost to send your package.
