Make Stencils

To render each barcode phrase accurately, I first make a template on the computer. Then I print out a digital copy on paper. Next using a sharp knife and steady hand, I carefully cut out a stencil of the barcode lines and letters.

I have always been interested in how to make nontoxic stencil art. I looked into beet dye stencils, but couldn't figure out how to spray it. This way isn't quick, but it is safe for the planet. Check out the original site here.

Materials: Mylar, X-Acto knife, tape, mud, sponge.

I added a new batch of Videos to YouTube and my blog LoganHicks.com. Over the past year, I have been video taping various events, but I have neglected to upload them the internet. Doesn't do much good if you don't get a chance to see them, so I finally got off of my ass and uploaded these mother suckers. This is my first crack at video editing, so enjoy the fumblings of a novice video jockey.
