Cut and Paint stencil template zine #2 is now available! The overwhelming demand for Cut and Paint #1 has encouraged us to more than double the print run. This time around we traded in the headaches of attempting to scam double-sided 11x17 photocopies for the impeccable offset printing provided by Eberhardt Press - an anarchist printer in Portland, Oregon.

As always, Cut and Paint has a plethora of copy-right free stencil template designs that we envision as a toolkit for your creative application. To help you out in the process, the issue includes a how-to-guide on how to enlarge the stencil templates, cut them out and put them up in the streets with tips on how to do this safely.

Expanding on the scope of the first issue, this edition has a number of writings including an essay by Emily Abendroth on a stencil project in Oakland and a short how-to-guide on moss stencils! Cut and Paint # 2 also features a number of photo spreads about stencil activity and Nicolas Lampert's book review of Schlabone Berlin.
