Stencils in the Mix for Green Day Art Tour

......click images above for lager view........

From Logan Hicks:

That conversation [with GD manager Pat Magnarella] led to the idea of having 18 artists interpret the lyrics of the upcoming Green Day album, "21st Century Breakdown", to draw the line between art and music. Before the album was released, I forwarded the lyrics without music to set the tone - one song to each artist.

The result of the collaboration is now on tour with Green Day. At select shows, the artwork will be set up in an inpromptu art gallery outside the venue. There have been talks of a show in London and elsewhere too.
