Twelve Doors (IE) Now Complete

Submitted by russell on

The Twelve Doors are now complete. SUMS gave us the February door http://www.twelvedoors.com/february.shtml and K A R M A competed the 12 month cycle with his cool Celtic Art entitled Dreams and Dedication are a Powerful Combination http://www.twelvedoors.com/march.shtml

When we started the project we said "Facing into the relentless negativity of recessionary depression, we were inspired by the artivism of the Irish Street Art community to make our space more intriguing. The work of twelvedoors.com will be complete when we conclude the twelfth artist in the twelfth month."

We have had 12 artists use, abuse and deface the door and delighted us over the past 12 months. The twelfth artist has completed the twelft door; the project is complete.

Let me know if you wish to run a twelvedoors project in your town. We will be happy to host your…

Exhibition: 30.04. - 29.05.2010

Info:
Berlin, which is famous for things such as the Berlin wall, the biggest open-air gallery of the world and a huge electro underground scene, is much more than these things. It is also the playground of the urban artist Czarnobyl.
